Ok Alone users have been asking about automatically calling monitors in a sequence, instead of alerting them all at the same time. Based on that feedback, Ok Alone is now introducing Alert Loops – the easy way to alert monitors in any order you choose.
An Alert Loop is triggered by a lone worker missing a check in or requesting immediate help. It is an automated system that cycles through a set list of Monitors until one of them accepts responsibility for resolving the alert.
Whichever Monitor accepts responsibility for resolving the alert can then follow either the company wide, group wide or individual’s own escalation procedure to make sure the worker is successfully contacted.
Or better yet, try Alert Loops for yourself. Start a free trial to see how your company can use Alert Loops to protect your lone workers.
The Ok Alone team writes informative articles about lone working. Through our articles, we aim to educate readers on the benefits and best practices of using our lone worker app, and how Ok Alone can help mitigate risks and enhance communication between workers and monitors. Learn about other areas including legislation, risk management, and legal compliance plus lone worker features such as man down, high-risk check ins and location monitoring.
