As a personal safety technology platform, OK Alone has already created full integrations with some of the largest tech platforms in the world, such as Geotab™, and through our APIs we can integrate with any other HR or workforce management system. Through these integrations, companies of any size can easily deploy and manage our personal safety app across their business, at scale.
Where OK Alone Began
When OK Alone started in 2013 our first customer was in home health care and since then we’ve innovated to expand across a broad range of sectors that need worker protection. We now provide employee safety monitoring to industries and companies in 26 countries across the world.
At every step of our journey, we’ve listened to our customers. On our online cloud-based dashboard, there is a prominent ‘Feature Request’ button and every major update to our product has been driven by customer-submitted update requests. Customers choose OK Alone because we listen to them and we provide tools to help keep their workers safe, while making it easy and more affordable.
Global Reach
OK Alone is available worldwide and currently protects people in 26 countries, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, Finland, Chile, the United Arab Emirates, Romania and New Zealand, to name a few! The solution is designed to support lone workers across various industries and locations, ensuring their safety and providing robust monitoring and emergency response capabilities. Our international availability reflects adaptability to different regulations and workplace safety requirements in these regions.
This adaptability allows us to work with different industries across the world and be trusted by some of the biggest global brands to protect their people, including Johnson & Johnson, Coca-Cola, Unilever, CITGO, British Sugar, the University of Pittsburgh, Ohio Ag Equipment, IMERYS and many more!
Many government organizations also protect their people with our technology, including the Florida Department of Corrections, City of Kelowna, City of Surrey and the City of Henderson.
The OK Alone Executive Team
Naz Dossa
Having started his career in banking, Naz has spent most of his career in and around the Telecoms and IT sectors, including a spell as Managing Director of Network Services at Capita.
A large part of Naz’s career was at Colt Technology Services, a global telecoms and IT provider where he held numerous leadership positions across different business units and geographies.
Naz joins us from his most recent role as the UK Managing Director of Brightstar. During his time there, Naz was twice voted into the prestigious Mobile Power 50 Rankings.
Jeremy Williams
Jeremy is an ACA chartered accountant with over 25 years experience. Jeremy’s prior roles include working at Orange, the mobile telecoms operator, leading the Group Financial Planning & Analysis department and working on the 2001 IPO, before moving to Fitness First, the private equity backed gym-chain operator.
In 2017, Jeremy led the exit of Fitness First Asia and was appointed Group CFO of Evolution Wellness Group operating multiple fitness brands across 6 countries and 165 sites in South East Asia. Jeremy has an Engineering degree from Cambridge University.
Richard Bedworth
Richard is a lone worker safety expert with extensive experience in the lone working industry. As a Director at StaySafe he transformed the business from a small regional company into a global leader, expanding its client base to over 1,000 companies across 57 countries. In this role he brought deep expertise and valuable insights into the challenges businesses face in protecting their lone workers before its acquisition by EcoOnline.
Prior to this Richard held numerous leadership roles across different business units and geographies working in security and risk management for G4S, Mitie and Securitas.
