To start your shift say to your Alexa device. "Alexa, ask Ok Alone to start my shift". Alexa will then respond with your check in time.

To get help say the following "Alexa, ask Ok Alone for rescue". 
It is important to use the word rescue. Alexa will then send a help alert to all your monitors and live monitoring if your account uses this service.
