To check in as a lone worker say the following to Alexa. "Alexa, ask Ok Alone to start my shift". Alexa will then respond with your new check in time.
How to get help with Alexa and the Ok Alone lone worker Solution
To get help say the following "Alexa, ask Ok Alone for rescue".
It is important to use the word rescue. Alexa will then send a help alert to all your monitors and live monitoring if your account uses this service.

To get your current status ask "Alexa, ask Ok Alone for my status". Alexa will then respond with your current status, which may be your check in time or that you are not working.
