Managing workers in groups
The “Feature Request” button has been busy lately with people wanting to manage their workers in groups. We thought this was a good idea too. As a result, we recently introduced a worker grouping feature. Now you can change multiple worker’s check in frequency, their SMS or call alerts, or add and remove them from a monitor.
Log into your Ok Alone account and go to the Workers >> Group link to see more.
HOT TIP: Going on vacation and need to assign everyone to another monitor? Now it’s only a few clicks and you’re done.
